What to expect during your

This Healing Pad can be ‘stacked’ with other services offered. It is used in all ALT (Assisted Lymphatic Therapy) sessions.

Step 1
You may enjoy the healing mat fully clothed. However, no zippers or other metal components may be on your garments. Expect to ‘sweat’, so dress accordingly. We suggest cotton tops and pants.
Step 2
The sessions last 60 minutes in a quiet ‘zen’ room.
Step 3
Once complete, you will receive an ‘electrolyte’ cocktail to support your hydration needs.

At-home aftercare includes:

TENS (Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation) is a non-invasive way to provide short-term relief for pain. Electrical impulses flood the nervous system and reduce its ability to transmit pain signals to the brain. In addition to reducing pain signals from the spinal cord to the brain, these electrical impulses can stimulate the production of endorphins, which act as natural painkillers.
